Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by GridWash Utility ("GridWash", "we", "us") to you ("customer", "you"). By scheduling service, paying an invoice, or subscribing to a maintenance plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GridWash provides residential exterior cleaning in Horry County, South Carolina, including house soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, and deck, fence, and patio cleaning. Work is performed at the property address you provide.

2. Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and given in advance. Pricing depends on the size and condition of the property. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described when the estimate was given, we will contact you before proceeding with any change in price.

3. Maintenance plan — term and billing

The Priority Maintenance Plan is a subscription billed monthly to the payment method you provide. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Twelve-month minimum term. The plan carries a minimum term of twelve (12) months from the date of your first payment. You agree to the full term at signup.
• Monthly billing. Your card is charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your signup date, at the rate shown at checkout.
• Rate is set by property size. Your monthly rate is based on the square footage and characteristics of your home. If an on-site assessment shows your property falls outside the range you signed up under, we will move you to the correct rate or cancel and refund your first payment.
• We may decline a property. If access, height, structural condition, or safety issues make the property unsuitable, we may decline service and refund payments made.
• Cancellation. To cancel, contact us at the phone number or email below. Cancellation requests are handled by us directly, not through an online account.

4. Scheduling

Service visits are scheduled by us and are weather dependent. Rain, high wind, and freezing temperatures may require rescheduling. We will contact you to arrange a new date when that happens.

5. Your responsibilities

Before we arrive, please:

• Close all windows and doors, including storm windows
• Move vehicles, furniture, grills, and potted plants out of the work area
• Secure pets indoors
• Provide access to gates and to an outdoor water spigot
• Tell us about damaged siding, loose trim, failed seals, or leaks in advance

6. Property condition

Exterior cleaning can reveal or worsen pre-existing damage, including failed caulking, rotted wood, loose siding, damaged window seals, and worn paint or stain. We are not responsible for damage arising from conditions that existed before we began work. If we notice a condition that concerns us, we will stop and talk to you before continuing.

7. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within seven (7) days and we will return to address it. Some staining is permanent and cannot be removed by washing; we will tell you when we believe that is the case.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. One-time services are due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Failed or returned payments may result in suspended service until the balance is paid.

9. Refunds

Refunds for work already performed are handled case by case. Subscription payments for months in which service was provided are not refundable. If we decline your property or move you to a different rate, we will refund payments as described in section 3.

10. Liability

GridWash Utility is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you signed up governs your agreement. The current version and its effective date appear at the top of this page.
